We were so blessed to be invited to the Beach, by our good friends The Jackson's. Each year they take their family for a week to enjoy the Beach. They leave on Saturday and come back the following Saturday. We arrived on Tuesday afternoon and left Thursday night. (That was plenty of time to be there, we were exhausted, they ran us hard!)
Just as we were crossing the bridge into Ocean Isle, it started to rain. Perfect timing, their family came back from the Beach to meet us at their place before having lunch.
After lunch, we suited up and headed to the beach. Kaylie was very hesitant at first. You could hear the roar of the ocean and it was a bit intimidating. 
After having a look, she turned around to look at me with this smile. I knew she felt better just seeing the beach.
It didn't take Kodi and Dallas long before they were boogie boarding!
Lexie immediately started finding shells, more shells, and more shells. In fact, just tonight, she counted 166 shells she brought home with us!
Lindsay was helping Kaylie get her feet wet! At first she didn't want to, but after a while she warmed up to the idea.
