Lindsay, Kodi and Lexie all started school on August 25th. They all seemed willing and excited to start their new school years. Lindsay is in 8th grade and the middle school, Kodi in 7th grade also attending the middle school and Lexie starting 1st grade. Lindsay and Kodi get on the bus around 7am, so no pictures of them! Lexie gets on the bus closer to 8am, so here she is:

They do a staggered start for the kindergartners, so Kaylie will go for the first time on August 29th, then she'll start back with everyone after Labor day. Kaylie will attend her kindergarten class with only 4 other class mates the first day. This gives her teachers and opportunity to show the kids around, the rules and get to know them while it's only a few kids at a time. I think it's a great idea and all of my children started kindergarten this way.
