Kaylie has a herniated Belly Button. She has had it since birth. At first the Doctors talked about fixing it when she was 2 or 3. When she turned 2, the Doctors told me,
they now wait until the child is 7 or 8.
It doesn't hurt her at all, so we aren't in any hurry to get it fixed.
If anything keeping it the way it is, may help us.
Really what teenage girl wants to show off a hanging belly button? 
She is very attached to her belly button. So much so I am afraid to take it away. It's sort of a security thing with her. Without even knowing it, she is always touching it.
